First of all, vSim application is only a subcontractor service. The rightful owner of phone numbers is the main service provider.

We sell only verification code (sms code) and don't give any guarantee for created accounts because in most cases it is depends on the actions and anonymity of users.

Privacy Policy

1.INTRODUCTION

vSim Telecom. (“we,” “us” or “our”) takes your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy (“Privacy Policy”) explains our data protection policy and describes the types of information we may process when you use one or more of our mobile applications (the “App”, “our App”) and explains how we and some of the companies we cooperate processing that information. When we refer to personal data (or personal information) we mean any information of any kind relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. It is a natural person who can be identified directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identification number or to one or more factors specific to his or her physical, physiological, mental, economic, cultural or social status. Our Privacy Policy applies to all users, and others who access the App. For the purposes of the GDPR, we are the data controller.

We will not rent or sell your personal data to third parties, but for your better use of the services provided by third-party organizations we may share your information from tools like device identifiers and location data, with third-party organizations that provide automatic data processing technologies for the App or providing service to the App. We do not have power to control or influence these third parties’ tracking technologies or how they may be used. Therefore, if you do not want to share your personal data with any third-party organizations, please contact us for more details or do not use such service provided by that third-party organizations. Our App may contain links to third-party websites/services or you may access the App from a third-party site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of these third-party sites or services linked to or from our App, including the information or content contained within them. We may disclose your personal information if it needed for objective reasons, due to public interest or in other unforeseen circumstances: -as required by law; -when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request; -if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of all or a portion of its assets, you will be notified via email and/or a prominent notice in our App of any change in ownership or uses of your personal information, as well as any choices you may have regarding your personal information. Our mobile apps work with Fabric, Admob, Firebase, Facebook SDK. You must read their Policy.

4.TRANSFER OF DATA OUTSIDE YOUR TERRITORY

We work in the international space and provide our App to our users around the world. We and third-party organizations that provide automatic data processing technologies for the App may transfer the automatically processed information across borders and from your country or jurisdiction to other countries or jurisdictions around the world. Where you located in the EEA, as required by law, you hereby provide us with your express consent to transfer your data to where may be outside of EEA once you use the App and/or related services. You may withdraw your consent at any time.

5.HOW LONG WE RETAIN YOUR PERSONAL DATA

We generally retain your personal information for as long as is necessary for the performance of the contract between you and us and to comply with our legal obligations. If you no longer want us to use your information that we physically access and store, you can request that we erase your personal information and close your account. However, some data may still be stored for a certain time period if information is necessary to comply with legal obligation (taxation, accounting, audit) or in order to maintain safety and data backup settings, prevent fraud or other malicious acts.

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures, which are designed to implement data-protection principles, such as data minimization, in an effective manner and to integrate the necessary safeguards into the processing. 8.CHILDREN’S PRIVACY

Our App is not intended for children under the age of 16 or other statutory minimum age according to the applicable laws and regulations in your country (the “Minimum Age”) . Therefore, we do not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under the Minimum Age. No one under the Minimum Age may provide any personal information to the App. If you are under the Minimum Age, do not use or provide any information on this App or through any of its features. Do not provide any information about yourself, including your email address. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a child under the Minimum Age without verification of parental consent, we will erase that information as quickly as possible. This Privacy policy may change from time to time. Any change will be published on the interface of the App. Your continuous use of the App will be deemed as your acceptance of such update.

Service Provider

1. General rules and regulations.
1.1. The Service Provider service is the service of automatic activations of accounts, i.e. providing SMS on numbers this company for activations of accounts of different resourses, and also providing possibility to buy ready accounts of some services and take 4G/LTE proxies for rent. Service Provider company is not responsible for accounts, which were activated on received numbers from this service, for their loss, hacking and any material losses, incurred after activations this accounts. Also, Service Provider company is not responsible for any actions and methods of using the numbers and accounts.
1.2. Any scam attempt, from using found "holes" in system and etc., to financial frauds, is the most strict violation of rules and necessarily lead to punishment from permanent ban and up to criminal liability.
1.3. Strictly prohibited any attempt to violate the laws of any country using the service Service Provider. Service Provider company is a supporter of legitimate business and lawful actions. If Service Provider finds any suspicious attempts or successful actions that violate the laws of any country, employees of the company will without fail send materials to relevant authorities.
1.4. Service Provider company reserves the right to change, correlate, add and delete the rules of this section.

2. Rules of submission of the appeal.
2.1. If you need to contact support, you can do it using the "help" section - Service Providerand "go to the support center". Also, there you can see the answers to your appeals.
2.2. Than the more accurately and in more details you will describe the essence of your situation, and also if you attach a clarifying screenshot (s), by that the faster your question will be solved.
2.3. The use of obscene language, vulgar statements, and insults towards Service Provider and its employees is a gross violation and can be punished as a ban (both temporary and permanent). If the spam by the tickets, questions will ignored.

3. Using the functionality of the Service Provider service.
3.1. Activations.
3.1.1. Activations should be performed according to the instructions in the "help" section - Service Provider For more information, you can contact support. The rules for filing an appeal, see paragraph 2.
3.1.2. Service Provider company can change the instructions and functionality of activations at its own discretion. Information about the innovations is in the "news" section - Service Provider
3.1.3. Use of activations for wrongful acts and actions that violate the laws of any country violates "Paragraph 1. General rules and regulations, section 1.3." and carries with it to responsibility, indicated in this section.
3.1.4. When you buy an SMS through the service "Any other", the first SMS is issued, which came to the number during the period of ordering the number and does not fall under any service from the list of services. Refunds when buying SMS through the service "Any other" is not made, because initially it is not known what kind of SMS the user expects.
3.1.5. We sell only SMS and don't give any guarantee for created accounts because in most cases it is depends on the actions and anonymity of users.
3.2. A number rental.
3.2.1. Extending is available only when before order end left less than week.
3.2.2. When manually extending of the rent for number (if you forgot by yourself and asked us), you'll pay not only for the new rent time, but and for time, what left from the moment of the end of the last rent.
3.2.3. Use of a number rental for wrongful acts and actions that violate the laws of any country violates "Paragraph 1. General rules and regulations, section 1.3." and carries with it to responsibility, indocated in this section.
3.3. Account store.
3.3.1. Purchasing accounts from the "Service Provider Account Store" should be performed according to the instructions in the "help" section - Service Provider. For more information, you can contact support. The rules for filing an appeal, see paragraph 2.
3.3.2. Service Provider company can change the instructions and functionality of account store at its own discretion. Information about the innovations is in the "news" section - Service Provider
3.3.3. Use of an account store for wrongful acts and actions that violate the laws of any country violates "Paragraph 1. General rules and regulations, section 1.3." and carries with it to responsibility, indicated in this section.
3.4. 4G/LTE proxy rent.
3.4.1. Extend is available only when before end of rent left less than week.
3.4.2. Change the IP address of authorization don't allow more than once a day.
3.4.3. Use of 4G/LTE proxy rent for wrongful acts and actions that violate the laws of any country violates "Paragraph 1. General rules and regulations, section 1.3." and carries with it to responsibility, indicated in this section.

4. Refund.
4.1. The requests to refund for errors or problems in work of activations, numbers rent or 4G/LTE proxies rent are created in the support service. The rules for filing an appeal, see paragraph 2.
4.2. Requests to refunds for accounts from the "Account store" should be created in the support service only if you're sure that it's doesn't violate the terms of the offer - Service Provider
4.3. All refunds requests are considered individually and Service Provider company reserves the right to denied refund under this or that conditions (for example, violation of the terms of the offer).
4.4. We don't provide withdrawal.

5. Partnership.

5.2. Service Provider company reserves the right to change the conditions of partnership and terminate partnership at your own discretion.
